*UPDATE: I TRIED IT TODAY! I used "Come To Bed Red" from Butter London (available at AMBIANCE), and it turned out AWESOME! I did a solid red coat on most of my fingers, and the iconic heart face on just 2. It's subtle, but totally playful and fun. Definitely recommend this one. ;)
