We're super excited to chat about one of our favorite "Made in the USA" designers, Calleen Cordero. With an attention to detail in every beautifully crafted studded belt, bracelet and pair of shoes, we just had to share a little more about her so you know exactly why you NEED her line in your life!
Since 1999, Calleen's passion for shoes, handbags and accessories has been evident in her unparalleled workmanship. Get this: each pair of Calleen Cordero shoes takes a minimum of sixteen hours and thirty six pairs of hands to create, while each handbag takes 22 different processes.
Manufactured in North Hollywood, Calleen Cordero uses locally sourced hollowed Alder wood to keep shoes light weight, as well as, hand molded foot beds, non- toxic glues and vegetable dyed Italian leathers. These beauties are gorgeous, made sustainably and ridiculously comfy. I mean, does it get any better?
Calleen's line truly is one-of-a-kind art and if you couldn't tell, we love how much love goes into her products!
